Please read these terms and conditions carefully before making a reservation at Shiv Ashray. By booking a stay, you agree to these terms.

Check-in & Check-out

Check-in: 12:00 PM

Check-out: 11:00 AM

Check-in time is 12:00 PM. Checkout must be done on or before checkout time.

Cancellation

Policy: 3 Days Cancellation

Cancellation must be made at least 3 days prior to check-in date for a full refund

Cancellations made less than 3 days before check-in may be subject to charges as per your booking terms.

Children & Guests

0-5 Years Free, 6-12 Years as a child, Above 12 Years as an adult

  • Children aged 0-5 years stay free of charge
  • Children aged 6-12 years are charged as a child
  • Children above 12 years are charged as an adult

House Rules

  • Valid ID proof is required for check-in for every guest
  • Checkout must be done on or before checkout time
  • Local ID not accepted
  • Unmarried couples not allowed
  • Pets not allowed
  • Non-vegetarian food not allowed on premises
  • Smoking in rooms not allowed
  • Liquor consumption not allowed

Identification

Valid ID proof is required at check-in for every guest. Acceptable forms include government-issued photo ID (Aadhaar, Passport, Driving License, Voter ID) or a valid international passport for foreign guests.

Local ID is not accepted for check-in.

Meal Plan

Plan: EP Only (room only, no meals included in the rate).

Meals are not included. Guests may use nearby dining or room service as per availability.
